What this website does

These are static HTML pages. They describe the hospitality, construction, agriculture and transport sectors. There is no contact form, user account, online booking, chat or audience measurement. Reading the pages does not send an enquiry to us.

Hosting and connection data

The website is hosted by Hostinger. When a page is requested, the host processes the connection data needed to deliver it. Hostinger’s privacy policy describes this as including, among other things, IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring pages, device properties, and date and time. Where Agroinvest determines the purposes of this website, the processing is based on the legitimate interest in a working and secure site, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hostinger may process this data as a processor for the technical operation.

Hostinger states that personal data may be processed in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Lithuania and Cyprus, and in other countries where that is necessary to provide the service. For transfers from the European Economic Area, Hostinger refers to appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

Email enquiries

An email link opens the email application on your device. That alone does not send a message to Agroinvest. If you email info@agro-invest.eu, we process the information you choose to send, in particular your email address, subject, message and any attachments, in order to read and reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the message relates to a contract or to steps before a contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The mailbox is operated by Hostinger. You are not required to email us. Without your message we cannot reply to an enquiry.

Restaurant link

The link to restoran-savic.com opens the website of Restaurant Savić. The connection is made only when you click. This website does not load the restaurant site in advance. The operator of restoran-savic.com is responsible for processing there. Questions about a restaurant visit are answered by the information on that site. The address Budačka Rijeka 66 is the registered office of Agroinvest and is not presented as the restaurant’s visitor address.

Cookies, fonts and embedded content

This website does not store cookies and does not use tracking, analytics or marketing tools. It does not load external fonts, maps or social-media content. There is therefore no consent banner. Connection logs created by the hosting service are separate and are described in the hosting section.

Recipients

Inside Agroinvest, the people who handle an enquiry receive it. The technical recipient for hosting and email is Hostinger. Under Hostinger’s published data processing addendum, Hostinger acts as a processor and may use sub-processors. Which Hostinger company is the contracting party for this domain follows from the hosting contract. When you open the restaurant link, the operator of restoran-savic.com receives that page request.

Storage

We keep emails for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Statutory retention duties may require longer storage. There is no single deletion period for every enquiry. Connection logs remain with the host as part of operating the service. Hostinger’s data processing addendum provides that customer data is, as a rule, deleted within 30 days after the contract ends, unless a legal duty requires it to be kept. That period concerns the end of the hosting contract. It is not a published retention period for every connection log of this website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability where the relevant conditions are met. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object. To exercise these rights, email info@agro-invest.eu. We reply within the statutory period of one month. That period may be extended by a further two months for complex requests, Article 12(3) GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Croatia that authority is the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), azop.hr. You may also contact another supervisory authority, in particular the one where you live.
